WOMEN'S U21 CURLING TEAM 2019-2020 SEASON

We are a competitive Junior (U21) Women’s Curling Team based out of the Airdrie Curling Club. Our team consists of Claire Sutcliffe (lead), Madison Senft (second), Emily Plett (third), Kathryn Lepine (skip), and Jim Lautner (coach). Throughout the season we will be participating in events located around Alberta, primarily events on the Alberta Junior Curling Tour.

Our foremost goal this season is to become the 2020 Junior Provincial Champions and represent Alberta at the Junior Canadian Championships in 2020. In order to achieve this goal, we will be held to a rigorous practice and bonspiel schedule throughout the season. Additionally, we are striving to place top of the Alberta Junior Curling Tour which will be done through performing to our maximum potential at each event that takes place during the season.  

We anticipate throughout the season there will be ups and downs, however we are fully ready to dedicate ourselves in order to complete our goals and overcome any obstacles. We are hoping for a season filled with perseverance, success, and of course fun.
